Swisse Opens National Operations Centre

Swisse Wellness is a global Australian brand dedicated to making people healthier and happier through natural health products and education. Last week we celebrated the official opening of their new 17,000 sqm National Operations Centre in Ravenhall in the City of Melton

With the acquisition in 2015 by Hong Kong listed Health & Happiness Group, Swisse Wellness became part of a global health and nutrition company with more than 3,400 team members operating across 16 countries. The Group’s consumer brands include Swisse, Biostime, Zesty Paws, Solid Gold Pet, Dodie, Good Goût and Aurelia London.

The new, purpose-built National Operations Centre in Ravenhall, City of Melton, brings together the company’s TGA-licensed packing operations, warehousing, on-site product development and innovation capability, into one central location, adding 100 local jobs.

Designed with sustainability front of mind, the facility includes a range of features, including a 433-kW solar array, rainwater harvesting, together with EV chargers for trucks and passenger vehicles, reducing the operations emission footprint across sites.

Global Rotating CEO & Regional CEO Nick Mann shared: "This investment signifies our commitment to strengthening operations in Victoria, the home state where the iconic Swisse brand was born. This strategic move enhances efficiency, builds a more agile and responsive supply chain, and future-proofs our operations.”

Minister for Industry and Advanced Manufacturing Hon Colin Brooks MP said: “We’re proud to back H&H Group’s new National Operations Centre – a major investment creating local jobs, boosting innovation, and showcasing the strengths of Victoria’s advanced manufacturing sector”.

Swisse Wellness joins other global and Australian iconic brands, such as Nike, Amazon, Tesla, Electrolux, Lululemon, Elders, Myer, T2, Kubota, Mitre 10, Kimberly Clarke, Allied Pinnacle and Scalzo in the Dexus owned Horizon 3023 Industrial Estate.

As one of the fastest growing regions in Australia, the City of Melton (Estimated Residential Population 219,697 in 2024) has a young, diverse and skilled workforce that is expected to double by 2045. With convenient access to Melbourne Airport, freeways and major roads, and being just 30 min from Melbourne’s CBD, suburbs such as Ravenhall and Truganina are ideal locations for manufacturing, logistics, technology and FMCG companies, offering large sized lots on flat, easy to develop land.
