Council is inviting our local business community to share their insights on the 2025 Melton Business Excellence Awards. Your experiences and ideas play a vital role in strengthening this flagship program, ensuring it continues to recognise and celebrate the outstanding achievements of businesses across our municipality.

We are currently gathering feedback from award applicants, judges, sponsors, and event attendees. This survey aims to capture your thoughts on what worked well, what could be improved, and how we can continue to deliver an awards program that reflects the needs of our growing business community.

 Your input will help us:

·         Evaluate the overall effectiveness of the 2025 Awards

·         Identify strengths and opportunities for improvement across categories, processes, and event delivery

·         Ensure the program continues to evolve in line with community expectations

·         Deepen our engagement with local businesses by involving you directly in shaping the future direction
of the Awards

·         Inform planning, communication, and implementation of the 2026 Awards program

All feedback collected will be reviewed and analysed to identify key themes and areas of opportunity. A summary of what we heard from participants will be published in an Engagement Summary Report, which will be available on the Melton Conversations webpage.
