Allotments in new Melton Business Park now open for Expression of Interest

Real estate and investment management firm JLL has been exclusively appointed to sell 26 premium industrial land allotments in Melton Business Park at 3 Federation Drive.

The allotments range from 907 to 2500 square metres per site, with sales now open via EOI and closing on Wednesday September 8.

Strategically set on 15.9 hectares of prime industrial land the site provides significant connectivity along the neighbouring freeways, and furthers Melton’s place as a key Victorian industrial hub.

Melton Business Park is located just 34km north west of Melbourne’s CBD, 30km from the Port of Melbourne, and 30 minutes from Melbourne’s International Airport.

The Park is situated within 20 minutes of 131,000 households holding around 373,800 people, with around 8680 hectares of future residential development spread over 139,000 new lots yet to come.

It’s also well served by major arterial roads, the recent development of neighbouring amenities, and its proximity to an upcoming retail precinct.

JLL industrial and logistics director Danielle Tadi said Melton Business Park presents a rare opportunity to purchasers and investors and promises to become a game changer in the already booming Victorian industrial market.

“The City of Melton is one of the fastest growing municipalities in Australia, and 3 Federation Drive is set to continue to capitalise on this growth in the coming years ahead with fully serviced land allotments that is set to become a first class industrial park,” she said.
