Kimberly-Clark celebrates Project Completion

The Horizon 3023 Industrial Estate in Ravenhall has reached another milestone with completion of the 40,200 square metre Kimberly-Clark office complex.

Kimberly-Clark is a global manufacturer of essential, personal care products that are chosen by millions of people worldwide, every day.

The company’s brands include Cottonelle, Depend, Huggies, Kleenex, Poise and many more, generating $20.2 billion in sales revenue in 2022.

The company has been operating in Australia for close to 100 years, opening their doors in 1926 followed by New Zealand in 1991. With a headcount of approximately 800 people across Australia and New Zealand (45000 globally) the new Ravenhall distribution centre will provide opportunities for local residents to join a global organisation whose products are a part of life for people in more than 175 countries.

The new Kimberly-Clark distribution centre incorporates integrated sustainability measures such as automated LED lighting with daylight controls, rooftop solar installations and multiple electric vehicle chargers to reduce carbon emissions.

The facility also offers flexible corporate office space with outdoor amenity adjoining the modern 14.6m high clearance warehouse which allows for vertical expansion to support their growing distribution operations.

Premium location attracts leading global brands

Horizon 3023 is a premium location, with close access to the local population, just one turn off to the Western Freeway.

The estate continues to attract some of Australia’s most iconic brands as they invest in their national supply chains, including Amazon, Elders, lulumemon and Nike.
