Harvey Norman comes to town with Melton Homemaker Centre Stage 2

Melton Homemaker Centre is about to expand along the Melton Highway led by anchor retailer, Harvey Norman.

The completion of Stage 1 of the Melton Homemaker Centre development saw Chemist Warehouse, The Good Guys, McDonald's and more open along busy High Street.

Stage two will deliver 18,000sqm of new retail space and over 500 dedicated car spaces, on the neighbouring land along the Melton Highway.

Agents Leedwell are offering a further 11 retail spaces at the site, ranging in size from 300- 3000sqm.

With Bunnings anchoring the successful West Pines development commercial/industrial development just across the Melton Highway, the area looks set to be become a key destination for local homeowners.

Melton Homemaker Centre is situated within 20 minutes of 131,000 households holding around 373,800 people, with around 8680 hectares of future residential development spread over 139,000 new lots yet to come.

It’s also well served by major arterial roads with exposure to high volumes of daily traffic, and is located just 35 km west of Melbourne’s central business district.
