West Pines welcomes high-profile businesses to busy Melton location

Business is booming for Melton’s West Pines commercial/industrial development, with a half dozen high-profile businesses set to open new outlets at the site.

Anchored by a 17,842sqm Bunnings Warehouse, Precinct One’s Lifestyle Centre has already welcomed Caltex, Battery World, Carls Jr, and Tek Foods, along with local Kawasaki and Honda dealership, Matt Jones Motorcycles, and an Enjoy Church Australia location.

BCF, Supercheap Auto, Autobarn, Beacon Lighting, Repco, and RSEA are all on board but yet to to open at West Pines, creating a huge boost to local amenity around this highly-visible location at the corner of High Street, Melton Highway and the Western Freeway.

Meanwhile Precinct Two has just five office suites left available for purchase in the three-level West Pines Tower office building.

Office spaces range from 32 - 210 square metres and developers say they are looking to bring a taste of inner-city Melbourne office quality and amenity to the site, with space for approximately 330 occupants.

Located 35km to the north-west of Melbourne, developers say West Pines Lifestyle Centre is set to become the dominant large format retail site in the City of Melton.

With its location on Melton Highway, the major arterial which connects to High St in the West and merges into the Western Highway to the South, the site sees over 53,000 vehicles pass daily.

West Pines has been delivered by Citinova, and designed with an eye to maximising site exposure and functionality, encompassing a large format retail precinct, a homemaker centre including 11 tenancies and 13,350sqm of retail space, along with 959 car spaces.
