To support businesses to make sure you hire the right way, know your obligations and how best to commence an employee, the Fair Work Ombudsman provides a free online course that provides general guidance on hiring. If you already have employees, this course will help you to check that you're doing things right.

The full course takes approximately 25 minutes, and can be completed at any time.
