This program is about testing an idea theory and setting up a strong business development practice.  It is suitable for anyone who has an entrepreneurial mindset. It’s for those who are on the career change journey as well as small business owners looking to future proof their business. The delivery of The Hot House Project is in a style that is relatable to all regardless of education level, age and cultural background.

The mentoring team behind The Hot House Project are entrepreneurial specialists and operate out of Victoria University. They know all about the pitfalls of setting up a business, the trials and tribulations along the way and even the failures. Their techniques in running the master classes is very unique and hands on. By the time the program is completed even the most introvert of participants will have the skills to launch into the next phase of their business development.

Two highly successful seasons of The Hot House Project have seen 84 participants complete the project so far, many are well on their way in running their business (idea), some have even made it as finalists/winners at the City of Melton’s Business Excellence Awards. Season 3 of the project has launched with a fresh new artwork design of ‘the squiggle’ – the starting point of great ideas! And will end with and exciting new GROW club where participants past and present will continue to expand their business development through exciting new opportunities.
