High-end outdoor dining strip for Caroline Springs Boulevard

As part of the COVID-19 economic recovery, the State Government is encouraging expanded outdoor dining through its Outdoor Eating and Entertainment Grant program. Melton City Council is collaborating with the landlord of Central Shopping Centre to bring high-end expanded outdoor dining options to Caroline Springs Boulevard to activate the precinct.

The new look brings together high-quality aesthetic appeal and function, purpose built to increase the dining capacity for local businesses while attracting more customers to the area for retail traders and businesses.
