800th Member joins the Venture Melton Business Network

Businesses are jumping on board the Venture Melton Business Network with membership now growing beyond 800. Established in 2017 to fill a need in the City of Melton and provide business owners an opportunity to meet other like-minded people and improve their business knowledge and know-how.  Now with over 800 members, the network is helping achieve the goal of making the City of Melton home to the most connected and supported business community in Australia.

Each year a range of networking events, seminars, celebrations and conferences offer opportunities for business growth, development and business to business connections. Our professional development, support and networking opportunities have helped many local businesses, grow, learn and achieve their goals.

Here’s a taste of what the network offers:

While the network was established on the idea of having regular face-to-face networking events that also included elements of business knowledge and information sharing, the COVID19 disruption has forced a transition to the service delivery model of the network.

It will likely be a little while before we can host face-to-face networking events, however the current member offering includes:

  • a dedicated online business resource hub;

  • professional development: access to one-on-one specialist business advice, training and webinars;

  • high profile guest speakers;

  • business-to-business engagement;

  • promotional opportunities;

  • and more.

To help keep members engaged and connected with each other, the ‘People’s Page’ Facebook group was recently launched.  If you are a social media user, this group is a great way to meet and connect with other local businesses.  Get connected!

So if you haven’t already, it only takes 2 minutes to activate your free membership and become part of one of the most connected and supported business communities in Australia.
