Spotlight on Witchmount Winery

At Witchmount Cellar Door and Wine Bar, visitors are treated to a truly unique experience.

The event space itself boasts a serene setting, with the wine-making facilities visible. It’s a captivating ambiance, which makes makes Witchmount the perfect venue for occasions from team events and celebrations, to corporate meetings and presentations.

In 2019 the Wine Bar underwent a transformation focused on enhancing customer comfort and accentuating the authentic vineyard views.

Witchmount Winery Manager Claire Tao and her team redesigned the layout, ensuring greater versatility for the space.

The new arrangement allows for seamless transitions between retail operations on weekends and accommodating a wide range of corporate events.

By incorporating a variety of seating options such as tables, chairs, couches, bar stools, and even the classic wine barrel seating or standing areas, Witchmount offers visitors a range of choices. And, the addition of heaters and firepits contributes to the cozy atmosphere.

"Our aim is to cater to both our retail customers and mid-week corporate events. To meet this goal, we also provide trestle tables and chairs for more formal requirements,” Claire explains.

“Additionally, we've installed blinds to create separate spaces within the cellar door, allowing for breakout areas during group activities."

The expansive outdoor grassed area is also put to good use, serving as an ideal space for team-building exercises, private Christmas parties and more.

The team at Witchmount say they thoroughly enjoy hosting events and take pride in creating memorable experiences for their guests.

Witchmount Winery is open to visitors on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 am to 5 pm.
