Meet Shveta Sharma, Owner/Operator of Kool Kidz Ravenhall.

It took Shveta over a decade of hard work and perseverance, but she has achieved her goal of establishing a childcare centre that provides the highest quality care and services to children in the most formative years of their lives.

Shveta believes that each child is unique, and learning strategies must be adaptable, flexible and above all else, enjoyable. She strives hard to ensure that attending Kool Kidz Ravenhall is fun, exciting and educational for children.

The service has been specifically designed to maximize outdoor experiences, and to ensure that age-appropriate play equipment, toys and resources are always available to be utilised by educators to implement constructive and meaningful learning programs.

As a parent herself, Shveta understands how hard it can be to find a childcare service that fulfils all of a parent's requirements. She takes pride that her centre is a family-run business and she is always on-site to assist parents with their needs.

Shveta is just as passionate about the growth and development of her staff. The centre employs 45 staff members with roles ranging from educators to chefs to cleaners. Shveta considers all of them to be her family and takes a keen interest in their personal and professional development.
