Investment Spotlight: Woodlea Town Centre

The Woodlea Town Centre, which is due for completion towards the end of 2020, will service the fast growing residential catchment in the Aintree and Rockbank areas.

The centre will be anchored by a Coles supermarket and will feature a range of retail offerings including pharmacy, medical centre, hair and beauty, bakery, tavern, restaurants, trendy cafes and eateries.  Confirmed tenants already include Coles & Liquorland; Yes Yes Indian Supermarket; Beauty Genesis and Terry White Pharmacy with more to be announced soon.

Designed and built to the typical high standards that Woodlea residents have come to expect, the centre will be more than just a place to shop.  While there will be over 340 car parks on site, the centre has been built with walkability in mind, and will open out onto a master planned, tree lined public square and park that will encourage people to linger, and will serve as an important social connector for the community. 

The centre will also be within easy walking distance of the popular Frontier Park Adventure Playground, which has become an iconic feature of the Woodlea development that attracts visitors from across the region.
