$50m Waterfront Complex Set to Open

The Waterfront CS Boulevard multi-level apartment and retail complex is on target to open at the end of this month.

The $50 Million dollar development, located at 173 Caroline Springs Boulevard, is a project of Ausecon Developments.

Ausecon has successfully delivered numerous multi-level apartment complexes, student accommodation, medical centres, aged care homes, swimming pools, retail premises and community centres across Melbourne’s west.

The Waterfront CS Boulevard complex will boast 70 apartments, including 4 luxury penthouse apartments, and eight retail stores.

Retail and medical facilities at the site will include:
