Adrian Sposato began his career in real estate in 2012 after spending 10 years in the hospitality sector.    

Adrian says, looking back, hospitality was where he developed strong customer service skills and had the chance to hone his business expertise.

But after selling the family restaurant it was time for a career change.

Adrian was approached by a local real estate agent with a strong reputation, who pointed out that he possessed characteristics that could be advantageous in the real estate industry.  

Specifically, it was his genuine nature, natural customer service skills and respectful manner that stood out, and Adrian credits these attributes as being essential to his success.

Adrian joined the Sweeney family when he was approached by the director of the Caroline Springs agency, Glenn Grech.  Adrian’s reputation proceeded him and was invited to be part of the well-known and successful team. 

He learned the business from the ground up, putting in the long hours and spending time away from his family, driven by a strong desire to be successful.

Adrian says today, his love of helping people fuels his enjoyment in the industry.   

Adrian continues to excel, winning multiple annual awards, and has become a trusted adviser for the local community.
