Janette is an experienced company director with more than 25 years of board experience across public, private and not-for-profit organisations spanning a diverse range of industries. She is currently on the board of Vicinity Centres, Tabcorp, Costa Group, KM Property Funds, and Visit Victoria.  She is also a past NED of Nine Entertainment, Wellcom Worldwide, AURL (Foodworks), Monash Digital, the Melbourne International Festival of the Arts, and The Melbourne Theatre Company.

Janette has a depth of experience in China both in Operations and Marketing including living and working in China. She is a seasoned marketing, digital and operations executive with over 30 years of experience developing and implementing business and brand strategies across multiple sectors including FMCG, Retail, Marketing & Communications, media, hospitality, property, gaming and manufacturing. 

Janette has a Bachelor of Business, Marketing, is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Member of Chief Executive Women, a Member of the Advisory Committee for Youth Activating Youth, a Mentor at MentorWalks and an advocate and ally of CDW (Culturally Diverse Women).
